Traffic Coordinator


Job Details

Our client is looking to fill the role of Traffic Coordinator. This person will be responsible for assisting copy and inventory management for the company logs and the company network. This position will be remote.


  • Pay rate: $24
  • Hours 11-8pm EST


Responsibilities:


  • They will be assisting the placement of spots
  • Filling of open time with promos/psas from libraries managed by the stations
  • Communicating with station sales, copy, and programming on status update of logs
  • Assistance with copy management
  • Logging incoming materials, management of copy/traffic communications, and applying agency traffic instructions
  • All functions performed in WideOrbit
  • Monitor order flow for the logs, and process orders whenever necessary
  • This position can be entry level, but previous experience in media, agency, or other advertising experience is preferred


Required Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in broadcast industry, preference for experience in trafficking
  • Must have impeccable attention to detail and data points
  • Computer savvy
  • Must be able to manage remote work/setup
  • Must be willing and able to stay in constant communication with team-members throughout the day via Slack, conference meetings, etc. and be immediately accessible during work hours
  • Must be adaptable to constantly shifting priorities
  • Ability to take direction and feedback
  • Required Education: High school diploma
