**Customer Service Associate**
Customer Service Denver, Pennsylvania Department **Customer Service** Compensation **$16 - $20 Per Hour** Morphy Auctions is seeking an outgoing and friendly personality to add to our ever-growing Customer Experience Team. This is a forward-facing customer service position requiring a friendly and personable disposition. Occasional weekends required.
Primary responsibilities:
* Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.
* Promptly manage customer needs, including but not limited to, incoming calls, customer service inquiries by phone and face-to-face and all other related support questions.
* Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
* Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service
* Record customer inquiries in customers accounts.
* Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's services and policies.
* Maintain and update customer account information.
* Scanning/filing
Skills/Requirements:
* Strong dedication to quality customer service.
* Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
* Can work independently as well as with a team.
* Ability to communicate with many different levels of employees and clients.
* The ability to work within Office Suite and Outlook.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Customer service experience required.
