KSW Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative at its Waterville location. The position will assist in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Answering the phone.
Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.
Assists members with opening and closing accounts. Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Receives and processes member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and corporate checks. Transfers amounts from member accounts as directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
Must be good at multi-tasking.
Must have a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Must have a minimum of six months related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling, etc).
