**Stewardship Associate, North Shore Land Alliance**
AddThis Sharing Buttons Deadline: March 1, 2022 New York The Stewardship Associate will work two days a week managing volunteers and the remaining three days will be spent in the field, often solo, at our preserves. The Stewardship Associate will:
* Work with stewardship staff to identify/prioritize stewardship needs at selected Land Alliance properties
* Work with volunteers to carry out stewardship activities
* Track volunteer hours and activities
* Assist with oversight of preserve maintenance including trails, boundaries, signage, invasive plants and planting areas
* Assist with monitoring conservation easements
* Participate in Long Island Invasive Species Management Area and other partnerships
