SITE DIRECTOR II: Before and After School Program Site Director
Full Time Hiring Bonus of $100/month paid for each month worked during the school year (September - June). Must work AM and PM shifts; Monday-Friday to qualify for this bonus.
Part Time Hiring Bonus of $50/month paid for each month worked during the school year (September - June).
MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW. NO WAIVERS OR EXCEPTIONS.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must have a minimum of a CDA
- OR 12 credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit hours
- OR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or Medicine
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards

Schedule: Before School hours are roughly 6:00-9:00 AM and After School hours are roughly 3:00-6:30 PM. Pay & Benefits:- $20.00/hour

As an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
