Job Overview:
In this position, you will be a key member of our Waste Management Team. Must be trustworthy, work well with others, and able to work with limited supervision.
Highlights of your role:
- You will be responsible for operating bailing machines that recycle cardboard and plastic. You will also operate a glass crusher machine.
- Pick up materials (recyclables and waste) from production departments, operate wood grinders, and operate a forklift.
- Participate in all waste handling and recycling activities as needed.
- Must be trustworthy and be able to work with limited supervision.
- Must be always work with safety in mind.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- General experience with computers is preferred but willing to train
- CDL or the ability to get one within a reasonable time frame
