This position collaborates with the property management and asset teams.The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.Duties include:-Process Job Code Set-up RequestsProcess New Vendor Set-ups and Update Requests in YardiUpdate Daily Cash Schedule with Monthly validation against bank reconciliationsIdentify, Research and Resolve checks over 90 daysPost Monthly Electronic Vendor Payments and validate all transactions are posted for AP CloseSupport and Analyze Data as directed in preparing the annual 1099 filingGenerate OT Payroll Invoices and Construction Management Fee InvoicesEnter Monthly Tenant Billings in YardiEnter Daily Tenant Cash ReceiptsAudit Employee Expenses reports to ensure proper documentation and compliance with the Company's Reimbursement policesQUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE --Some College or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.-Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
