Job SummaryJob Summary:Serves as a remote customer service representative and provides work order management support for staff/customers focused on supporting ESFM Kitchen Equipment Services. The appropriate candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a critical sense of urgency, work with purpose and intensity, a strong ability to multitask, problem solve, and always act professionally and with respect to clients, suppliers and team members. Knowledge of kitchen equipment is a plus, but not required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Proactively manage a well-defined workflow.
