**Wine and Spirits Merchandiser | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus**

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
Required to be at least 18 years of age.
1 year of work experience.
Live with-in or in close proximity of assigned territory.
Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
Candidates for this position must have a valid drivers license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California drivers license or appropriate state drivers license within 30 days of hire.
Good communication skills.
Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Required to Lift, handle and carry items weighing up to 53 lbs.
Required to frequently reach at or below shoulder level including firmly griping or grasping with both hands.
Required to frequently stand or walk.
Required to intermittently bend and/or twist at the neck and waist.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Associates or Bachelors Degree.
2 years of direct merchandising experience.
Skilled in merchandising techniques.
Experience working for a grocery store.
Experience working independently in the field.
Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry.
Available to work weekends for special functions/events.
* Lift, handle and carry items weighing up to 53 lbs intermittently up to 30 yards at a time.
* Frequently (up to 7 hours per workday) reach at or below shoulder level which can include firmly griping or grasping with both hands to manipulate merchandise, tools or items used when performing
* Frequently (up to 6 hours per workday) stand or walk up to 100 yards on hard and/or inclined surfaces
* Occasionally (up to 2 hours per workday) use fine finger manipulation, squeezing and, pushing and pulling with both hands and torqueing or twisting with both wrists when performing job duties.
* Occasionally (up to 2 hours per workday) kneels, crouches, reaches above shoulder level, climbs, balances and crawls while accessing lower and higher shelves.
* Intermittently (up to 3 hours per workday) sits and bends and/or twists at the neck and waist when performing job duties
