Seeking 3-8 years experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in NOLA to Join Our Dynamic Legal Team!

As a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic legal team and assist in representing our clients in complex litigation matters. With your sharp legal mind and expertise, you will navigate through intricate legal challenges, ensuring justice prevails.

Key Responsibilities for a Commercial Litigation Attorney:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
  • Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues.
  • Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
  • Property, contract and corporate litigation a plus.
Qualifications needed for Commercial Litigation Attorney:
  • Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Maintain an active bar membership in LA
  • 3-8 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Will consider someone remote/hybrid who is in Baton Rouge, but strong preference on someone living near NOLA and coming into the office full time.
  • No billable target, but most attorneys bill around 1800 hours
