Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Logistics Management Systems including Cello, ensuring its data consistency, managing system access, and providing support to end-users to enhance productivity through issue resolution and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Monitor Logistics Management Systems such as WMS, TMS and Cello to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Provide technical support to operation end-users, troubleshoot system issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose system-wide improvements
  • Prioritize improvement requests based on their impact on productivity and business objectives
  • For each improvement request, provide a technical outline detailing the approach for submission to the WMS and TMS development team as well as Cello team located in Korea HQ
  • Define a strategy and execute tests to ensure the quality of corrections or new development items
  • Plan the cutover and monitor the deployment of a new feature.
  • Train new users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
  • Responsible for the day-to-day organizational task
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Logistics Management Systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and processes
  • Experience with WMS and TMS platforms such as SAP WM and JDA TMS
  • Preferable experience in working with Global Integrated Logistics Systems, including international freight, claim and billing processes.
  • Experience with integrating external partners through EDI or API will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in system administration, data management, user access management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
  • Relevant experience in Samsung Electronics warehouses or 3PLs logistics companies specializing in the transportation of electronics in US is preferred

  • The position requires dexterity to write and use computer keyboard and mouse
  • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials and supplies, up to 50 pounds
