Position Purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, windows, restrooms, kitchens, etc.) Empty garbage and provide cleaning supplies to other employees when requested

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Self-Motivated
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Work Requirements

Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting. Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
