Position

Background Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Technical Field
• 3+ years Toyota Production Systems exp
• 3+ years Automotive Continuous Improvement exp
• Management exp

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Systems Department in managing workflow and deadlines, including assigning, distributing, scheduling, and reviewing completed work.
• Guide team members and assist with completing work assignments as needed.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of processes and systems.
