The Opportunity
Sales Representative for a top real estate media team in the region
Base: $40,000
OTE $75,000 - $100,000+ based on performance
Your Role:
- Your territory will be the Asheville and Henderson regions, with the potential to grow into Greenville, SC.
- Build relationships
- Book first time photo/video shoots with Realtors for their listings.
- Secure commitments from real estate agents for our team to be their main provider for their listing photography and media.
Day-to-day:
- Building relationships with top realtors and real estate teams in the territory
- Build your own schedule
- Provide daily feedback and have a regular meeting rhythm with the owner
- Performing activities such as cold calls, office stop bys, client meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Keep CRM up to date
- Driving to offices in the Greenville and Spartanburg regions to meet agents and drop off materials
- Finding new leads and improving our sales process
The right person will be:

- Not afraid of cold interactions or phone calls with new people

Compensation and contract
- Guaranteed 40,000, OTE at $75,000-$100,000+
- This is a contract, 1099 position
