In this role, you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for Managing and mobilizing a team of hourly associates to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met
- You will be responsible for Driving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations
- You will be responsible for Promote a positive team atmosphere and champion involvement of all employees
- You will be responsible for Regular, formal, and informal evaluations and feedback of the performance of hourly associates
- You will be responsible for Ensure adherence to plant standards (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, FDA, Quality, Safety, Finance, ISO)
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- You will have 2 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment. Previous supervisory experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
