Job Description
RMA Logistics Operations Manager will responsible for the smooth operations of the RMA facility. The RMA facility handles multiple types of returns from our customers: RMA, Stock Rotations, Failure Analysis, Rework and Reclaim. The RMA Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible the timely receipt of inbound product. The correct disposition of material and the outbound shipping of material not stored onsite. Additionally, the RMA Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining the proper inventory levels to support our Standard Warranty and Advanced Warranty program. The RMA Logistics Operations Manager will oversee operations removing roadblocks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Manage, direct and guide all aspects of a logistics group to meet or exceed expectations. Maximizes the tactical operational performance of a logistics function. Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a professional or highly technical field or recognized body of formal knowledge.
