One of the leading Mechanical firms in the West Coast is seeking someone who may be ready for the next step. They need a Refrigeration Service Leader who knows refrigeration who can assist with troubleshooting, startup, repair and including mentoring newer technicians.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, etc.).
- Proven troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively.
- Experience mentoring or training others.
Compensation Package: $130K-$170K base salary + overtime (based on experience).
