We're a sporting goods manufacturer looking to add a Senior eCommerce hire to a highly successful team.
Job Objective/Summary: Join us as a Senior eCommerce Leader reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Your mission? To collaborate across teams and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue on our eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Essential Functions:
- Set and achieve sales targets, guiding teams to develop effective plans and KPIs.
- Lead daily operations, from order maintenance to merchandising, and optimize site performance.
- Mentor and drive teams to meet annual goals, ensuring clarity of roles.
- Define and implement best practices for UI/UX, SEO, and product launches.
- Manage eCommerce P&L and key metrics.
- Identify trends and propose enhancements to improve the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for traffic generation and conversion.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies and CRM efforts to enhance customer engagement.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in B2C eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and HTML.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
