GENERAL SUMMARY

The Online Sales Agent will drive traffic and sales to the communities by nurturing leads and key influencers (Realtors) through the delivery of timely and content rich communications. Facilitates a continued interest in and excitement about Woodside our homes and communities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to all web leads, by phone (if phone number supplied) or email within 2 business hours (preferably 15 minutes or less).
  • Responds to phone leads immediately.
  • Using CRM system (HubSpot), monitors lead to walk-in conversion and performs 7- and 14-day follow-up tasks as necessary.
  • Visits all communities on a monthly basis to maintain current knowledge, updated photography, driving directions, etc.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge base of product, available homes, offers, events, etc.
  • Updates and maintains community books for all active selling and coming soon communities.
  • As the division Facebook admin, responds to postings and creates new postings on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for MLS input and maintenance.
  • Fill-in and work position from Sales Centers when staffing requires.
  • Responds to Realtors inquiries and fulfill information requests.
  • Performs outbound communication follow-up 60 and 90 days after a walk-in date where no purchase has occurred.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Current and active Idaho Real Estate License (required).
  • Position reports to Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Weekends required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficient and Internet savvy.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently.
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Community visits required and may periodically work from a sales office, home office or main office.
  • Follows up and tracks all leads from initial contact (internet, 800#, newspaper, magazine, radio, etc.) through appointment with Sales Professional at a community.
  • Interviews leads via phone or e-mail to uncover information that will help determine which neighborhoods and plans best fit their needs, lifestyle and financial capability (i.e., assists in pre-qualification of buyers to determine which Woodside community they want AND can afford, connects prospect with Woodside preferred lender if applicable).
  • Follows up on registration cards that are 60 days old if prospects are not actively engaged with Sales Professional, in order to re-connect with prospect and move them forward in the home buying process or to mark lead as inactive (purchased elsewhere, etc.).
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of product and inventory for all communities (existing and upcoming).
  • Manages upcoming community VIP lists and communication.
  • Distributes appropriate collateral material to all Internet leads; sends emails, letters, etc.; maintains adequate supply.
  • Utilizes Sales Simplicity to ensure accurate customer information and manages lead follow-up programs in the system.
  • Acts as Realtor liaison representative for all incoming Realtor inquiries.
  • Supports and promotes teamwork with the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Actively participates in all sales meetings and functions as well as new community set-up meetings.
  • Attends all Regional Internet Sales meetings and training by telephone or in person as required.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required).


Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred).


License/Certification:
