We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Web Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects from conception to completion. The Web Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
2. **Stakeholder Communication: ** Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and issues.
3. **Team Coordination: ** Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and IT operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
4. **Resource Management: ** Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project requirements and timelines.
5. **Risk Management: ** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery.
6. **Quality Assurance: ** Implement quality assurance processes to monitor project progress, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
7. **Change Management: ** Manage project scope changes, assess their impact on timelines and resources, and communicate adjustments to stakeholders as needed.
8. **Budget Management: ** Monitor project expenses, track budget utilization, and report variances to stakeholders to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
9. **Documentation: ** Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records, to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in web development or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, development methodologies, and digital project management best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
