Business Development Support

WanRack is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Development Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to provide administrative and operational support, while also having the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals. This position offers the potential for growth and transition into a full-time sales role in the future.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • proposals and presentations to ensure compliance with company protocols and standards.
  • proposals, presentations, and other documents that are used to communicate with clients or other members of the business community.
  • with clients to identify business needs and goals, and creating proposals that meet those needs while also showcasing the firm s capabilities.

with members of the sales team to ensure that proposals are presented effectively

  • Reviewing client needs to determine which services are required and which are optional.
  • up with clients after proposals are delivered to ensure that the client has received and approved them.
  • budgets for proposals based on client needs and requirements.
  • with vendors and other outside parties to ensure that all materials are created in a timely fashion and meet their high standards for quality.
  • with the client throughout the proposal.
  • other duties as required.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • degree in marketing, Business Administration, English and/or related field.
  • written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • organizational and time management skills.
  • to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • to collaborate with a range of professionals including VPs, clients, teaming partners and peers.
  • to assess problems and implement solutions.
  • with Microsoft Office
  • of RFP development principles and practices
