Title: Proactive Engine Architect/Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst & Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge proactive engine solution.
This platform will be instrumental in identifying customer churn risks, optimizing user journeys, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- architect, and guide the team in building a robust, AI and rules driven solution.
- with data scientists and engineers to develop algorithms that analyse diverse datasets including system data, application logs, and customer interactions.
- to connect the dots by identifying trends and anomalies within the data to predict potential customer issues and churn risks.
- and implement machine learning models to suggest root cause analyses and proactive solutions.
- and document technical specifications for the solution architecture.
- collaboratively with stakeholders across various areas to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- monitor and evaluate the performance of the proactive engine, refining and optimizing as needed.
- be willing to be hands-on and lead by example when the situation demands it
- up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming, data analysis and solution architecture.
- track record of designing and implementing complex data-driven solutions.
- in BigQuery, including data modeling, querying, and scripting.
- analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
- with machine learning concepts and familiarity with applying them to real-world problems (a plus).
- communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- passion for innovation and a desire to build solutions that drive business value.
