Our Sales Team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to schedule a product demonstration for LiveSwitch Contact and LiveSwitch Concierge - two new and transformative live video solutions. The BDR will prospect and schedule product demonstrations in an assigned territory for new logo opportunities with customers in verticals such as Residential Moving, Property Management, and Home Service Professionals. This position will report to the Senior VP of Sales.


What you will be doing:

  • Understanding LiveSwitch business cases and communicating our value proposition to prospects.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calls (100 dials per day), email, and webinar campaigns.
  • Scheduling product demonstrations with business owners and key decision-makers to uncover customer pain points and advance sales funnel opportunities.
  • Consistently hit and exceed targets while building a strong pipeline
  • Working with Marketing to qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  • Representing LiveSwitch in a highly professional manner to potential clients.
  • Ensuring that Hubspot is up-to-date with the latest sales activities and accurate opportunity information.
  • Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales metrics.


The must-haves:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in technology or SaaS
  • Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to comfortably cold call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed - able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies/concepts quickly.
