Position Overview: As the Warehouse Manager at Terra Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility near the Miami International Airport. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating logistics, and optimizing warehouse processes to support the needs of our growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for renewable energy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for future requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and generate reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with at least [X] years of relevant experience.
