Senior Architectural Designer - Grand Rapids, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with an experiential design firm in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Grand Rapids, MI that is passionate about creating spaces highly designed for experience. They use the power of design in the areas of Architecture, Interior design, and graphic design to help people live more fulfilled lives. As the Senior Architectural Designer, you will help challenge the team to grow and will bring passion to the pursuit of utilizing design as a powerful tool to celebrate stories for those they engage with.

What you'll get to do:
- Create places for people to be great and be equipped with the tools to jump in and help a team
- Help challenge the team to grow and achieve more each day as you learn and develop
- Work closely with partners, project managers and other members of the Architect team while serving as a mentor to less experienced team members
- Work on a wide range of project types within Michigan, and nationally for clients
- Interfacing with clients for project meetings
- Partner on current projects with the firm and serve as a leader on these projects
What will make you successful: - 10+ years of experience working in an architectural firm on projects that require creativity
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Experience utilizing Revit or Arc E CAD
- Natural leadership and solid communication skills
- Fearless, driven, curious and people-oriented
- Willingness to take constructive criticism and grow
- Passion for interior design and architecture
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
