Primary accountabilities are as follows:
- Kitting to support production plan - right part, right place, right quality, and the right time
- Complete accurate shipping (Complete and On Time - COT)
- Ability to receive parts accurately and in an efficient time
- Evaluate and inspect all incoming products and materials
- Analyze and complete root cause analysis, follow through on corrective action related to supplier performance
- Utilize data to drive supplier performance through quality, delivery, and cost of goods
- Manage and maintain the warehouse management - accurate, fixed location, visibility, and physical controls
- Maintain and execute the Cycle Count Program (CCT) - to help evaluate data, trends and use in other aspects of the role
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- An AA degree is a big plus but not a requirement
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience or training.
- APICS certification is a huge plus
- Formal training on or use of ERP / MRP systems
