Commit to Win. ONE Curaleaf. Driven to Deliver Excellence. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the accurate inventory of all incoming and outgoing supplies. You will plan to purchase and procure to maximize efficiencies and incorporate best supply chain practices to minimize inventory loss.The chief goals of this position are to monitor and report on our company's inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, training and mentoring inventory staff to ensure they follow safety protocols and use technology appropriately.What You'll Do:OPERATIONS/PLANNINGDetermine and track most important KPIsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededOversee the planning and scheduling of production, ensuring the needs of the forecast are meetOversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks. Suggest continuous improvementsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesTrain and manage a team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsCommunicate and collaborate with other team membersMake suggestions for productivity improvementsMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsINVENTORYPlan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory controlUse software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventoryManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemInvestigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventoryPerform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.Analyze data to anticipate future needsReport to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.WAREHOUSESupervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer serviceOversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operationsMeet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss preventionStrategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and visionDocument daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresControls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.What You'll NeedSupervision, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, JudgmentProven experience as inventory/warehouse supervisor or similar positionAssociate degree in business or related field, preferredSubject to background check per state cannabis regulationsSolid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques. CPIM certification, preferredWorking knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)Ability to accurately track inventory and create reportsStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Leadership skills Proven ability to implement process improvement initiativesOutstanding organizational and problem-solving skillNot all benefits listed above are available to all employees at all locations.
