DGR - Madison Store Madison, Ohio Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Retail Team Member

Primary Responsibilities
Team Member will provide great customer service at the cash register and on the floor organizing shelves and racks. Team members will also learn how to sort donated goods, put clothing and other goods away along with pricing items of items.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred; can train
Cashier experience or ability to learn
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented and well organized
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to communicate well with team members and customers
Creative thinker to help with ideas and making the store better
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
