Overview:
Storeroom Attendant
It is the responsibility of the Storeroom Attendant to stock and maintain all food, beverage, and non- food items stored in the Food and Beverage Storeroom.
Responsibilities:
- Pull requisitions and fill orders for all departments within the hotel from a worksheet
- Follow (FIFO) First In First Out standards
- Unload trucks coming into warehouse; check items and stock them in their proper location
- Take temperature readings of all storeroom refrigeration and freezers, report any malfunctions to supervisor
Qualifications:
- Possess valid driver's license
- Minimum age requirement is 18
- Basic math skills
- High school education or equivalent
