Plaintiff's catastrophic injury law firm is looking for a motivated Attorney with first or second chair trial experience and have excellent writing and communication skills. You will also conduct research, prepare legal documents, and cases for trial to ensure that our clients receive the best results.
Attorney Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in PA & NJ
- 3-10yrs experience or expertise in medical malpractice, products liability and/or other complex injury cases
- Ability to work independently or with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, public speaking skills.
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
- Adaptability and attention to detail.
