Salesforce - senior Salesforce developer, strong experience in Salesforce configurations, strong Apex experience, strong deployment, troubleshooting, integration experience with Salesforce.
Would look for this person to be considered an expert in the Salesforce platform, preferably with multiple Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications:
9+ years developing in the salesforce platform
Bachelor's degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science, Preference for an advanced degree.
Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms
Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred)
CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar tools
Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages
Clear understanding of software development methodologies
Good communication skills.
Masters degree in information technology/equivalent
Understanding of salesforce integrations
Worked in an scaled agile environment
