Responsibilities:Maintain, implement and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals.Maintain and participate in the firm s business continuity program with respect to documentation, change management, and testing.Responsible for ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of network and telecommunications hardware and software and manages, administers, and controls those information systemsProvides network and systems counseling and guidance to company personnel.Selects, trains, and motivates qualified internal/external resources to effectively carry out the company s IT functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and technical skillsDevelops programs and hardware systems and trains the staff to ensure a cost-effective and current information systemEvaluate and implement and test new technology.Follow, change, and own control documentation of environment.Advanced and current networking knowledge in support of new technologies and their deployment,Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 2 years supervisory experience, 5 years experience in IT at a manufacturing siteExperience in Network Administration or Systems Engineering role.
