** Customer Service Representative**
****About the Role****
**How you will contribute**
* Administrative processing and handling of customer orders and special requests
* Order acceptance and order entry
* Quotation preparation
* Telephone scheduling of customer orders
* Compilation & provision of data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
* Deadline monitoring of customer orders and feedback to the relevant departments and the customer
* Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
* Billing for services rendered
* Creation of customer related KPI's
**Your Key Qualifications**
* Completed training as a forwarding merchant or comparable training
* Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
* Confident handling of MS-Office applications, focus on Excel
* Fluent in written and spoken German
* Knowledge of English is an advantage
* You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant.
* You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems
* You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand.
