We are currently seeking a AppFolio Project Manager!The AppFolio Project Manager is knowledgeable with Leasing, Properties, Accounting, Maintenance and Reporting all modules within the software including the CRM and websites. They will work directly with the RPMs and Managers providing training on all things AppFolio-related.Responsibilities include:Since AppFolio operates in real-time, making sure things are reflected as accurately as possible in real-time and on time is critical.Develop and maintain operational procedures for both Property Operations and AccountingEstablish Reporting PackagesEstablish Auditing ProcessTrainingMaintain user logins (roles and responsibilities)Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entriesProvide research and support, including posting needed correctionsReview financial diagnostics and ensure properties have addressed open items and in the current periodRequirements:EXPERIENCE:Must have experience working with AppFolioExperience managing projects in a marketing/marketing communications or agency environmentProficiency in project management tools6 months experience in the property management industryPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
