We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our team as we grow and take on the new challenges of becoming a global organization!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pipeline generation will be created from outreach through internal enterprise software.
- Learn, understand, and use business intelligence information of economic buyer profiles for targeted industries.
- Conduct follow-up to qualify prospects, set meetings and demos, and lead decisionmakers through sales cycle until contract is closed.
- Update and maintain data integrity within CRM (Salesforce) to ensure client/prospect projections are forecasted accurately.
- Work in a team environment and collaborate with peers, managers, and leadership to identify best practices to achieve established metrics.
- Achieve established metrics, goals, and quotas.
- Responsible for learning the full suite of services the Company offers to provide knowledgeable information to prospects.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in inside sales
- 1+ years of experience prospecting and lead generation
- Experience utilizing Salesforce and ZoomInfo
- Experience using marketing automation software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team and individual capacities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
