Facilities Maintenance Tech 2
Large and growing Colorado retail store chain has an immediate opening for a reliable full-time Facilities Maintenance Tech 2. Our Technicians are responsible for maintenance and repair in our retail stores, and warehouses along the Front Range.
The ideal candidate should be competent yet willing to learn and be able to take initiative to complete work in a professional and timely manner. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with Store Managers, Employees and Customers, be able to keep a positive attitude under all conditions and be open to miscellaneous duties assigned by the Facilities Manager.
EXPERIENCE - Applicant must have knowledge and skills in basic:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Floor/ Tile Repair
- HVAC Maintenance
REQUIREMENTS - Applicant must have:
- Valid Driver s License with a clean DMV record (must provide a copy)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week with occasional nights/ weekends/ holidays
- Their own personal tools to work independently
- Clean background check
- Ability to pass random drug & alcohol screening
