Company Description

We are looking for one to two clinicians to join our ever-growing practice located in Marysville, Ohio.

Our goal is to provide therpeutic relationship through strengths-based interventions and assessment with a focus on quality counseling services to children, individuals, couples and families. Although we work with people who struggle with addiction, this is not our primary focus.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with inperson office space and the option for virtual sessions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting therapeutic assessments and providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients. The candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate client records and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner. While located in Marysville, OH, some remote work is acceptable.

• This is a 1099 Position
• Clinician is provided with a furnished office.
• Billing submitted through EHR.
• Tiered split starting at 60/40

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as an independent practitioner in the state of Ohio
• Experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families
• Experience with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Training and experience with evidence-based treatment methods, such as CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Position is Full-Time (F/T) (24-30 client hours/week) or 2 Part-Time positions (10-15 client hours/week).
• Must be available at least 1-2 evenings/week (5pm-7pm).
