Currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to fill an opening with a high end residential general contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have 3-5 years with at least 3 years of that experience must be on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction
- Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from preconstruction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
- Report directly to senior management
- Oversee budget management
- Development and management of all project documentation
- Subcontractor contract management
- Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.
Requirements of the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction - At least 3-5 years of project management experience on high-end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Ideally has handled high end residential projects in the $3MM to $8MM range.
- Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
