We are seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in various aspects of the wholesale business, it includes taking orders, processing orders, delivering and setting up orders as well as preparing for trade shows. Some travel required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Assist sales team in managing wholesale accounts and order
Take orders from wholesale customers & ensure accurate processing
Coordinate order deliveries and set up orders as needed
Prepare materials and represent the company at trade fairs and events
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment & multitask effectively
Willingness to travel for trade shows and client visits as needed
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
