Realtime Recruitment are searching for an ALL NEW Account Executive!
As an Account Executive you will have the opportunity to liaise and build relationships with new and existing clients - specializing with the Kirkpatrick model through corporate, government, military and humanitarian organizations.
Experience:
- Promoting the name of the company
- Understanding the company structure and how the brands can work together
- Open doors to previous and new clients
- Attend conferences to meet & greet
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Experience within the Government, Military or corporate organizations
- Understanding of the Kirkpatrick Model
