We provide services to a wide-ranging customer base and their aircraft. A good candidate is a motivated, positive individual to provide concierge services to our guests in the exciting field of general aviation. A successful customer service representative at Wisconsin Aviation welcomes and directs visitors/customers with a smile! You communicate in person and utilize telephone and Uni-com systems. Customers have a question, you have an answer! You are the first point of contact for clientele arriving at our FBO.

Minimum Job Requirements:

* Working experience in guest services

* Welcoming with good communication skills

* Working knowledge of payment collections and customer accounts preferred

* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

* Must have a clean driving record

Wisconsin Aviation is a premier, full-service provider of general aviation services operating 3 FBOs in southeast Wisconsin. This position is located at our Watertown corporate office, in a small and friendly environment.

* Ability to multitask along with accuracy is a must

* Occasionally lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Typically bends, stoops and crouches occasionally.
