Security Guards & Officers Pittsburgh, PA
- $1,500 sign-on bonus with 2-year work commitment
- Direct Hire as an employee of the Company
- Variable shifts: daylight, afternoon, night shifts which will rotate, including weekends and holidays
- $18.00 - $21.00 per hour as new employee (performance pay raises available, after hire)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills required
- 1 year experience in safety and/or security required
- Security Officers hired without a valid Act 235 must complete certification within first 6 months of hire
- Audio and visual requirements per Act 235
- Physical Fitness requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct searches per department policies
- Provide excellent customer service, maintain paperwork and property appropriately
- Maintain a safe environment
- Provide relief coverage for safety clerks and parking lot attendants as assigned by Managers
- Conduct proactive, continuous safety, security and fire safety patrols throughout the facility and parking areas
- Document and report any unsafe conditions and/or security violations
- Provide assistance to clinical staff in the care and safety of patients, staff or visitors
