Job Summary:
The job of a Travel Advisor is to help individuals plan leisure travel. Their duties include advising clients on travel destinations, booking comprehensive travel itineraries, and providing an excellent customer service experience.

Duties Responsibilities:
- Curate marketing in order to attract the ideal client demographic
- Follow company booking process and best practices for client satisfaction and retention
- Hand-select itinerary components ideal for client style, budget, and duration
- Report sales revenue and commission for accurate tracking and accounting
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience organizing travel for business or personal use
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Mastery in creating & promoting engaging social media content
- Previous customer service experience
- Personal experience with both domestic and international travel is considered advantageous
- Ability to understand clients travel goals and needs and exceed their expectations
- Experience processing payment information and working with confidential information
- Resourceful and skilled in critical thinking for emergency situations that will arise
- Fluent in English, bilingual is preferred for communication with clients internationally
- High level of comfort working with multiple platforms and technologies
Job Requirements:
- Access to their own technology (computer & phone will not be provided)

- Comfortable working across various technology systems
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
