Fixture Installation Supervisor


Job Details

As the Fixture Installation Supervisor at Chandler, your role is to oversee a team of installers and ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of installation projects. You'll play a crucial part in the growth of the Installation Services department by building teams, fostering relationships, and leveraging partnerships in the industry


  • Lead and manage installation teams by hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to create installation plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Work with the estimating team to establish accurate pricing for installation projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource usage to keep projects within budget.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and third-party labor providers to understand their needs, update them on project progress, and address any concerns.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with third-party labor providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during installations.
  • Manage the schedule, resources, travel arrangements, and capacity for the Installation Services team.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of tools and equipment required for installations.
  • Maintain accurate installation records and provide regular reports to management.
  • Manage other projects as needed
  • Position is primarily office based, not field based. However, some projects may require on-site supervision.
  • Will require occasional travel, up to 25%


Requirements

  • Proven experience in fixture installation, project management, or a related field, preferred with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of installation methods, tools, and materials, preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software for project management, scheduling, and reporting.
