What s the Job?
Responsible for completing maintenance tasks such as:
- Perform basic plumbing
- Perform minor electrical repairs
- Repair flooring
- Repairing wall coverings
What s Needed?
- High School or GED
- Two years of maintenance experience
- Experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance
- Understanding of OSHA, fire prevention and safety regulations
