Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00


As a Regional Sales Manager at our Axis Portable Air, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales team cross multiple locations within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving business growth and managing a team of outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to foster a high-performance culture and achieve company objectives.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.


  • Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and stay updated on industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert knowledge on our products, services, and industry trends.

Team Leadership and Development:


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team within the assigned region, fostering a high-performance culture and driving individual and team success.
  • Set clear sales targets, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Identify training and development needs, organizing workshops and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members and cross-functional departments to optimize results.


Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:


  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred not required).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on business development and key account management.
  • Experience in the rental and/or sales of portable heating and cooling equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities
