Role Description
This is a part-time or potential for full-time on-site role for a Catering Coordinator at THE ELM. The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating events, including managing reservations and bookings, communicating with clients, and ensuring all details are finalized. They will also assist with food service and catering sales as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in food service or catering
- Knowledge of catering sales and event coordination
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification or degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
