We are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain for our retained client, an exciting and fast-growing beauty and personal care brand headquartered near sunny Tampa, Florida.
Reporting into the CEO, the VP Supply Chain will sit on the executive leadership team, and will lead our performance and capabilities in supply, strategic sourcing/procurement, contract manufacturing, quality, logistics (including the operations of an owned warehouse), and overall operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for and track record of success in supply chain leadership in the consumer products industry, in categories such as personal care, beauty, food, or OTC, and a proven ability to scale and grow the organization while maintaining the agility required to drive profitable growth. This brand operates in a number of channels (retail, ecommerce, specialty) as well as in multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities include supply chain strategy, team development and cross-functional leadership, identification and execution of cost savings measures, strategic sourcing and capacity management, contract manufacturing selection and quality, logistics and customer service, and oversight of the company's distribution center.
This candidate should bring 15+ years of deep supply chain leadership experience in CPG, will be a people-first leader, and an outstanding collaborator. An agile, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be part of a high-growth, fast-paced organization is critical, as is a strong bias for action and a track record of building exceptional teams.
