Summary: Our venture studio, which is led by a unicorn healthcare Founder and former CEO, is launching an innovative stealth startup revolutionizing the healthcare industry through cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology. Our mission is to streamline the prior authorization process, reducing administrative burden, and improving patient access to necessary treatments and services. We are seeking a driven Co-Founder & CEO to lead our startup through its crucial early stages and beyond.
The Opportunity: The healthcare industry faces significant challenges with the prior authorization process, leading to delays in patient care and increased administrative burden. Our AI-powered solution concept aims to revolutionize this process by automating and optimizing workflows, ultimately improving patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
Who we are looking for: We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of success in the healthcare or technology sector to join us as Co-Founder & CEO. You will shape the company's vision, develop strategic partnerships, secure funding, build and inspire a high-performing team, and drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the company, guiding its growth and development.
- Build the initial product in partnership with a small team, which you will partake in building.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Lead fundraising efforts as necessary beyond the initial tranche of capital, which will be provided by the venture studio.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the product roadmap.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. All teams at our venture studio will work Monday-Friday fully in person, and will work hard.
- Represent the company externally, serving as a spokesperson and advocate for our mission and values.
Qualifications:
- MOST IMPORTANT: Unique level of passion & drive; able to motivate yourself and those around you to build incredible products & ensure that they are marketable.
- Proven track record of leadership and entrepreneurial success in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in areas related to prior authorization.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
