Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping a high level of confidentiality
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Respond to internal employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner and oversee the payroll email inbox.
Maintain and organize hard payroll files
Preparation and processing of multi-state payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees in the US and some international locations
Processing, but not limited to employee life cycle changes in the payroll system which include new hires, terminations, entity changes, salary increases, tax changes, department allocations, and garnishments
Understanding of how payroll data is interpreted by 3rd party processes
Work with cross functional teams across the organization such as HR, Benefits, Finance/Accounting etc
Assist with providing relevant payroll related reporting to various teams within the organization as deemed appropriate
Assist with the audit of 3rd party vendor related tasks
Review quarterly payroll tax reporting and ensuring filings are handled by ADP as well as the review and distribution of annual W-2's
Assist or lead ad-hoc projects
Additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
Must work on site Tuesday and Thursday and one other day of their choice--- other 2 days are remote

Need to have payroll processing exp using ADP workforce now reports come down in pdf and excel so candidate must know how to use excel be able to do formulas, v lookup and pivot tables -calculations in excel use Microsoft and Google Drive to share files don t need both
